Why I started TRRUST.
TRRUST was founded by Derek, who spent 15 years in marketing, including 12 years helping build the largest marketing agency in Ottawa, where he also managed its partner program.
Over those years he spoke with thousands of businesses about their marketing, and the same pattern kept showing up. The most successful clients all ran successful partner programs, built well and managed well. More referrals, warmer leads that closed faster, and less reliance on ad platforms.
Derek became obsessed with why some partner programs work and most fail. He spent months turning the answers into a system: a custom playbook he now builds for every client. He even gives a version away free to anyone who wants it.
